Disgusting how people are spoken to by the director. I've been removed from their books for ringing up and explained that i couldn't do one shift. Her verbal abuse was disgusting and unprofessional this is after working for them on numerous occasions.

I had a really bad experience working for as&t found them to be very unorganised. I haven't been working for them for 3 weeks and still yet to recieve a p45. I have received word from my pension scheme that as&t have not made any payments into my pension. The company neglected to ask me to return a fob and held my holiday money as ransom until I returned it. I never refused to return the fob and wasnt even aware it was a problem until I called the agency. I returned the fob 3 days (1 working day) after I recieve instruction to do so. When I called to ask about my holidays the lady who answered began a verbal attack which was one of the most unproffessional assaults on a client I have ever witnessed. this lead to an actual argument with the accounts lady who would not listen to reason. At that point I asked if I could PLEASE deal with another agent instaed pf obliging the phone was hung up. When I called back another of the as&t staff answered and continued the barrage of assault claiming I was in the wrong and that they can hold my holiday money if they see fit. I didn't ever cause a problem whilst working for the agency which makes it so difficult to comprehend why I was treat in such a way. I also have recordings of the phone calls in question and picture's/ documents which prove my pension wasn't paid. After I was sacked for having x1 day off sick the agency offered me another position based in Barnsley at minimum wage which is a complete insult. They have never tried to help me since. AVOID THIS AGENCY

After finding myself without work after leaving the armed forces I was lucky enough to be put in touch with AS&T and they had me placed in full time employment within 3 days of me completing the joining pack. They matched my role to my CV to ensure that I was working within a field that I knew and gave me the stepping stone to progress myself. I was paid weekly, on time, every time and the helpful office staff walked me through the paperwork to register as self employed so I could claim back fuel costs etc. I was offered a permanent contract with the company I was placed with after 12 weeks and the transition was seamless. Thanks Paul for everything you did. Highly, highly recommend you use these guys for a friendly and extremely professional service.

worked for as&t for many years in Barnsley unfortunately the company downsized and got finished but as&t didn't mess around and got me work straight away good agency to work for plus my son was struggling to get work with him being 18 and leaving college they found him work which we are pleased with THANKS EVERYONE AT AS&T
