    They installed a security alarm in my new build house 8 years ago. When the system developed a fault I contacted them for advice and to arrange a call out for repair. I had to email them with all my details which they would forward to their electrical dept, which I did. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing from them. In the meantime I ordered a new battery, fitted it and solved the problem. So I actually saved approx £50-60!
