A rather soulless place with little to no atmosphere. My stuffed pepper and tomato was bland. Very small portions served and over priced. My partner's main course chicken souvlaki was the size of a starter and came with just a small salad garnish on a very tough pitta bread. Hugely disappointing.

My wife and I absolutely loved our first experience at Athena and will certainly be returning! A truly authentic Greek experience in the middle of Ludlow! Who’d have thought it? In fact, the food was so good that at one point we had to check we weren’t actually in Santorini! The service was equally superb, only adding to the experience rather than detracting from it as is so often the case in many Ludlow restaurants at this moment in time. We really couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. 10/10. Thank you!

What a fantastic restaurant, the chef Dave was a lovely man, it was great to see an open kitchen with Dave and his assistant working hard cooking . Emily our waitress was an absolute delight, she was attentive, and so pleasant. Nothing was any trouble to the whole staff. The food was out of this world, as if you could close your eyes and dream you were in Greece , that was how the food tasted. Having been to Cyprus on many occasions , the meze and food was just as good if not better than some of top notch restaurants there. Next time we are on our travels to Ludlow we will definitely be visiting, I can’t wait to try the prawn dishes next time, thank you to you all for making it a night to remember.
