Poore quality floor, customer service even worse. a few weeks ago I bought an engineering floor, despite the assurances in the store that the floor may slightly differ from the samples shown to me in the store, it was very different. I have never encountered such huge and bad discolorations on single boards. I was forced to buy additional boards to replace those that, due to discoloration, were not suitable for installation. I also contacted Atkinson & Kirby customer service and made a complaint about the quality of the boards and asked to be able to return the poor quality ones (about 15% of the total order). What was my surprise when I was answered that it is not possible to return damaged boards because, in their opinion, the boards are of excellent quality and if I do not agree with their opinions, I can ask for an opinion from the Independent Wood Floor Assessor (and pay for it). Then it considers my complaint again, maybe. At my request if I could bring the discolored boards to their branch in Livingstone for on-site inspection, I was told that no one there had time to inspect the boards. I lost a few hundred pounds and was left with a floor that I cannot give back and no one will buy it from me. I advise you to think carefully about the decision to buy a floor from this company. I will definitely not buy any of their products again.
