Following a knee injury I went to Matt, at that point walking upstairs was very painful, and as a runner I was desperate to be back up and running. Matt made a bold statement - I would be back running in 3 months! Explaining the extent of my injury and the rehab needed, he supported me throughout. True to his word, I was was back to running within the 3 months. Less than 12 months after my injury, following Matt's expert guidance, I have completed two marathons within a month without a single twinge. I still go to Matt as in a preventative and pre/post race capacity and for his friendly guidance. Without doubt my running has improved, and I am injury free. Thanks Matt

Booked my partner in as an emergency for impinged shoulder - after 10 minutes of physio and some support tape, he was able to perform the next day. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve known Matt for a few years now and he’s been treating me for different injuries, last April I had major spinal surgery leaving me unable to walk when I left rehab hospital I got in touch with Matt and his plan was to get me walking by December! Nearly 2 years ago I was in considerable pain with a serious back problem, and I had been referred by the hospital for back surgery. At this point I couldn't walk, sit or drive. My quality of life was very poor and I was on high dosages of painkillers. Fortunately a colleague recommended Atlas physio. Alongside providing high quality physio the treatments include a targeted exercise programme which I have found very beneficial. Matts manner is courteous, and friendly. Thanks to the excellent treatment I have received from Atlas physio I can now do all the things I love , have been able to quit prescribed painkillers and enjoy my life to the full. Even better I have not needed back surgery! Matt at Atlas Physio comes highly recommended from me!
