Met phill in the morning and he said he needed £150 up front for parts . Initially he said I would have the car back this morning . Then he said later in the day . By the time I left it was the next day. After reading reviews on the way home I decided to go straight back to collect my car which when I arrived he said I couldn’t have the keys because he was working on it around the corner. I then explained I was outside his house looking at my car . When he came out I asked for my money back but he refused saying he had paid bills with it . When I asked to see the bills he said it was a cash bill . He later said he gave it to his mum but refused to get it back because she is 95 ?? The police are now involved who tell me he is well known to them and they are still dealing with a case that happened only last week. BEWARE !!!! Service: Electrical repair

I brought my car for a check on the electric system as the lights of the stops were not working properly. When I call and explain the situation I ask about the price and the price he give me was 50,60£. I had to do it as I fail the Mot because of the lights. He install a computer to the car and said he will do an update of the software. I don't know much about these thinks so I believed this will solve my problem. I've been charged 110£ and nothing has change to my car, nothing at all. Very disappointed, I trusted the guy but I realise that I was fooled.

Originally went to Sahibs Auto Electric(Hanger lane). They took my car at the back while I waited for nearly 3 hrs. After the diagnosis, I was told that I my car got lot of problems, non sensing one cable, need to replace the alternator with one of their own only, might need to modify it and try to overcharge me. Not happy with their diagnosis, decided to check the wiring myself and was surprised that one of the cable that goes to the alternator was chopped off which I soldered it myself and took the car to Phil. He diagnosed the car in front of me, found the fault and fixed it within 15 mins which was the loose belt preventing the alternator to charge the battery. Happy customer and will highly recommend him… Service: Battery service
