Great product and service from award leisure, from visiting the showroom and their care in making sure I got the right product. They then managed the installation and landscape work with a wonderful team. I have now used it even when the snow was on the ground and I was knocking icicles of the cover. I guess the shop is OK, they stock the chemicals you need to keep your spa running at reasonable prices. Though I was here to complain about the lack of service from the company, but the sales person had gone into hiding...😠 I guess you don't buy many hot tubs in your life, once bitten...twice shy...if i did buy another then I'd shop elsewhere..

Absolutely dreadful after sale service! I feel cheated by this purchase. Not one single phone call or email of any update on installation, I had to chase the company for months for updates, of which I kept being lied to. And turned up over two months later than promised. I went with this company for a few reasons.. 1, The footwell cleaning jet (It's more than useless! Doesn't do a thing to help clean, it just isn't powerful and the engineer agreed) 2, The built in speaker (Deadful sound quality! Cant hear then when jets are on and can only really hear them if sat right by them. Can't have the sound turned up over half way as the sound distorts.) 3, Safety or internal shell (Cut my finger quite badly on one of the sharp small jets first time using the hot tub.) 4, Central table light (broken and when engineers came to replace it they broke the corner trim and couldn't fix the light after all the upheaval and then they flooded my lawn. Now having to have them out for a second time. Massive inconvenience!! NO I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY! Wish I would have shopped around. I've found this whole experience really very stressful when it was supposed to be exciting. For such an expensive purchase over £8,000 I was expecting much much more. And to top it off one of the engineers broke one of the tiles on my patio. Even once the hot tub is in full working order and side trim replaced it will still feel sour in my mouth having spent my hard earned money with this company. It's been an awful experience form the start.

We purchased a Mercury hot tub from Award Leisure in Lincoln and have nothing but praise for the entire transaction from the sales staff to the final installation staff. Absolutely brilliant. Kept us up to date on delivery times, surveyed the possible spot for our tub and carefully worked out the easiest way to get the tub into place, then full explanations of how to look after the water. Highly recommend using them.

So So pleased with my new spa. I have the Westwood model. It looks really good in my courtyard, especially at night. I cant stop using it. Thank you to all the staff that work at Award Leisure. I've called them with a million questions since it was fitted, and every time they are kind and helpful.
