This is a very honest review. Only given 1* as no option for 0* Vahid is a very rude person, arrogant and dishonest. Thinks he knows about hairdressing. He really doesn’t. They make up the prices as they go along. The prices vary like the British Weather. He is very untruthful and tries to intimidate customers. The times I’ve been there clients have come in with complaints regarding the procedures they have had performed. No one seems happy-except their family and friends - who incidentally always take priority and come in through the back door. They make all the other clients wait like we don’t have anything better to do. They book appointments and arrive hours late making clients wait. They get the inexperienced workers to do most of the work and sit on their mobiles or vanish from the salon until they are phoned to come back. The service is quite appalling. There are much better and more reasonably priced salons in Birmingham. They basically are con artists and very unfair in how they treat customers. There is no prior consultation about what you want and if you want to ask questions Vahid makes like he knows everything when really he doesn’t… No receipts for the payments. Dishonest. I don’t usually post reviews, however, felt it was important for people to appreciate how bad this salon is. I would recommend keeping well away from this salon if you don’t want to be ripped off.

The staff are lovely and extremely welcoming, they made me feel very comfortable and constantly got me involved to help me with gathering the experience and knowledge i need to progress in the industry. Will be returning for aesthetics treatment in a few weeks.

I am very disappointed with your service when I had my face trad she told me am gonna put 4 trad but she put only 2 trad and she charged me for 4 trad £400 and she said to me she will do 1ml lips filler but she have put only half ml and my lips doesn't look like I have any fillers or any shapes and when she was doing the botox she straight away she done the injection she didn't use anything or any ice or anything to nump my skin but when I went to someone else they explained everything and they said you guys scammed me

Avoid Please. First they charged me double the price Won’t discuss it with me Called over 3 times just saying call later when I called later he said you are non stop calling I’m very busy won’t be able to talk. A very very rude guy talked to me with unprofessional way that’s why I obviously raised an official claim on him and on the hair salon and on Azita that doesn’t want to talk to me. I wish I had read the reviews before but I will never leave it and will continue officially with my bank and all the related departments.

I recently visited Azita's for a hair color treatment and I must say, I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided. The hairdressers here are not only skilled but also very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to deliver the right color for my hair. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered exactly that. The color came out looking natural and beautiful, just as I had hoped. The salon itself is well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. It was a really relaxing experience and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, I would highly recommend Azita to anyone looking for hair coloring, great service and a comfortable atmosphere. The hairdressers here are wonderful and truly know what they're doing. Excellent salon, great customer service, all the staff made sure I was very looked after. They even have a lovely partition for customers who have hijabs to protect their privacy.
