Absolutely farcical visit. Waited over 30 minutes to check out as all check out tills closed. Numerous staff standing idly around directing you to self check out. When I mentioned 3 people in the queue had said to me they would never use B&Q again I was met with a tirade of nothing to do with me. At over 70 I do not intend to start learning new skills, I simply want basic customer service which clearly isn’t available here. Never again, from a customer who spends many thousands a year with then.
