I got a deep tissue massage from a lady called Nathalie on the 30/04/2023 and it was brilliant, I had been suffering with a lot problems with my tail bone, spine, lower back and hip and (Nathalie) help relieve a lot of pain that I was feeling. I would recommend her : ) because she really listens and that’s how she manages to finds the area which is causing the pain.

Excellent service, lovely, friendly & professional massage therapist. Very nice studio and rooms. First time for me to visit a Thai massage studio in the UK and highly recommend it to anyone in the Greenwich area. A variety of therapies available. This will definitely be a regular for me to relax my muscles as I too am a massage therapist and so need this for my tight and aching muscles.

No, please don’t pay before you receive the massage! I’ve booked a foot massage for 11.30am and I’ve been contacted to reschedule for 12pm. I said ok. I got here for 12pm and I’ve been asked to wait a little longer. In the meantime I have been asked to pay in advance. I’ve been charged £60. When I asked what’s the difference between the foot massages, I’ve been told I was charged wrongly and the price is £75 therefore I had to pay the difference. I asked either she’s going to refund me in full on that very moment, either she’ll accept £60 as I was already frustrated. She asked if she can refund me cash, I asked to be refunded by the means I’ve used to pay for massage. The experience was defeating the purpose, on a Sunday morning! I asked for a receipt, the receptionist said she was waiting for her manager as she did not have the password for accessing the receipt. She said her manager will come in a minute. Obviously, she didn’t come in 5 minutes and I left. No refund, no massage and a terrible experience. Edit: the manager called me and she was very apologetic. I was very skeptic about whether to go for a massage as I was much needing it or to get the refund. I took the risk although I was worried about how I was going to be treated. I’m glad I gave it a go, as the massage was very good and helpful for my body. As an extra, I got a bottle of water.
