Wouldn’t use anywhere else. They looked after my missy for years sadly she is no longer here but now they look after Milo! and can I just say a big thanks to Sam who always makes me feels at ease when I have to leave my little man there. *PLEASE AVOID* If I could give no stars I would. Although they claim they do not walk dogs in the heat, especially the 40° a few weeks ago, this is a lie. Staff are expected to still walk the dogs, risking not only the animals welfare but also their own. Any belongings you provide for you dog WILL NOT be looked after. If a dog urinates itself staff are expected to leave it. The website states 4 walks a day, infact it is 2 short walks. Staff are not allowed to take long for each animal. This is all down to the owner/manager. No customer skills, poor attitude towards staff and just in general rude. If a caring staff member, for which there are now none asks to do something for the dog the owner/manager will dismiss anything they ask or suggest. The only thing the owner is interested in is money. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. DISGUSTING.

Upon arrival my partner and I didn’t particularly have the friendliest of welcomes. The staff appeared flustered, but I do appreciate they looked busy. Nevertheless, as it was our first time leaving our dog there I assumed we would’ve been re-assured like we have at other dog kennels. The facilities reminded me of a prison camp I once saw in Poland. I assured my partner our dog would be safe with these people. When we collected our dog both he and his bedding stunk of urine. This has lead me to believe he was rarely walked and checked on. Why else would the dog feel the need to wee on his blanket? They also damaged his feeding bowls and now we have to pay to get more. I can only assume this is the rule rather than the exception of service you expect to receive when paying for your dog to board. I would suggest looking elsewhere and if you can’t find space cancel your holiday as opposed to allowing your dog to board at Bali Hai.
