Arrived today in Borovets to find, despite confirmation from Balkan holidays, there were no family rooms reserved for us at our hotel...oh dear...extremely disappointing, squeezed into two sub standard rooms with camp beds and radiators with parts missing...waiting to see if they can pull it out the bag...and get proper rooms sorted ! Balkan holidays can you fix this ??
