Our first visit was fraught with problems due to a member of staff not turning up for his shift without notice, and Calogero, the wonderful waiter, was left to deal with a packed restaurant. He performed miraculously, and since then, we have returned on a regular basis, luckily always managing to coincide with Calogero's shifts! The food is Sicilian based, and I suggest you start with a bowl of their home made Arancini. There are many pastas to choose from next, but I had a special which was made with a rabbit sauce. Unusul but delicious. We have also tried the pizzas, which are top notch. A Sicilian restaurant cannot be visited without trying their Cannoli (remember Montalbano?), which we do every time! Wonderful way to end a meal. Lastly, if you want a treat, try a bottle of GRILLO, an extraordinary Sicilian dry white wine, not too easy to find on sale these days.

Lovely little authentic italian restaurant in the heart of Twickenham. Great selection of tasty fresh pizzas and delicious pasta. All washed down with a pint of crisp Peroni! Highly recommend :-)
