BARKS is one of the best animal charities in Oxfordshire the I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know the Chair she is absolutely lovely always kind understanding and works incredibly hard I have my health problems but the chair always believes in me and encourages me to do well and achieve the goals that I want to achieve in life. She promotes kindness and leads by example the Chair look after all the volunteers who are also all absolutely wonderful people the Chair always puts herself before others. I admire her and look up to her she’s one of my biggest inspiration. Proud of the Chair and deputy chair and all the volunteers

I think the volunteers are wonderful and work very hard, clearly. However the chairperson of the charity, Ann Collins, is so rude, both over email and in comments she posts to people on Facebook. It’s really sad that such a well meaning charity is let down by such a vile person chairing it.

Wonderful experience. We met the cat we had selected. Barks came and inspected and approved our property. We would repeat the experience. Thank you Barks!
