I bought an imported sauna tent from Lewis and customer service was exceptional. I can’t remember the last time I had as good service as this . He bent over backwards to make things happen. And the tent I ordered was even upgraded to the model above!. Not sure how he did it but that’s what happened. I would recommend anyone seeking to get a sauna to speak to Lewis. His knowledge is off the chart. And his enthusiasm is infectious. As for the product; I would highly recommend the acrctisauna tent for anyone who is testing the sauna market as a low investment but high return in terms of knowledge/ data. It’s a way to test if sauna is for you without spending too much money. The build quality is superb. High quality. Tent is easy to put up for one person once you’ve got the process down. Takes about 15/20 mins set up. The stove is beautiful. Heat wise- there’s definite fluctuations due to lower insulation so you’ve got to keep splashing. But it gets up To nose burn territory. I personally love the versatility of going off road . . It fits in with my other offerings of nature based barefoot tuning, meditation Breathwork etc. People absolutely love it. Friends asking if they can rent it!!

We recently had a wood fired 4mt sauna (oval/square type) built in our garden ,provided and installed by The Cedar Sauna Company. The Sauna is amazing the quality and thickness of the timber is is the best I have seen in the UK and I spent plenty of time looking at what else was on offer. Lewis (the owner) and team member Mickey built the sauna over a 4-5 day period, and as they have done this many times they put it together seamlessly. We had some delay due to the pandemic and then Brexit (causing import issues) but we were kept informed at all times. I cannot fault the professionalism of Lewis and Mickey and would not hesitate to recommend them and The Cedar Sauna company if you want the best on the market, fitted by an experienced team, to exacting standards. I do not normally provide reviews but felt I need to after such a good job, well done Lewis!

Lewis is a few craftsman and is so passionate about saunas and the quality of the materials he chooses are second to none. This company source the best possible materials all the way from Russia, you will not find materials this good from any other supplier in the UK.
