Had booked a facial with a Dermalogica voucher that was confirmed valid over the phone. Upon arrival I was then told they don’t accept the vouchers despite being informed when booking that it was completely accepted. The receptionist then said only herself and the manager were aware that they weren’t accepting the vouchers. She was rude and dismissive and completely unhelpful. It shows a complete lack of education to their wider staff and total lack of customer service. As I left I said that it was all a bit of a joke, and she screamed as I walked out the door “IT’S NOT A JOKE”. I won’t be returning.
