I spoke to Rebekah and mentioned I was a little bit frazzled/exhausted with work. She suggested I try a massage to see if it helped to improve my sleep and quieten my mind. After a simple but incredibly calming head, neck and shoulder massage I left her treatment rooms feeling mellow and sleepy. After a solid 12 hours sleep (I never normally sleep more than 6 and that's with waking every 1-2 hours) I feel recharged and like I have my resources back together, able to deal with the various of self employment in a much more productive manner. Booking into see her again very soon - can't recommend Rebekah enough!
