I recently visited Beleaf Juice & Smoothie Bar and was blown away by their amazing selection of fresh and healthy drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through their extensive menu and helping me choose the perfect smoothie to fit my taste preferences. I ended up trying their "Green Machine" smoothie, which was packed with kale, spinach, and other delicious and nutritious ingredients. Not only did it taste incredible, but I felt great knowing that I was fueling my body with all the vitamins and nutrients it needs. As a local guide I usually never give a 1 star review unless the service or product is really bad. Unfortunately his is the case. So I went to the bar, the lady behind desk was on the phone, she actually saw me looking at one side of the bar and recommended me to have a look on the menu. Which I did, I then told her I wanted the one in the picture with the tapioca balls, an extra large one. I was served a extremely sweet without tapioca balls bubba tea. After the first sip I went back to the bar and asked if she had any tapioca balls as I didn’t like the ones who popped in my mouth because the tea itself was already sweet enough, anyway all she had to say was “ we don’t have tapioca balls” in which I replied “oh but that’s what shows in the picture, I actually wanted the one I choose” and she replied “I’m sorry”. That was it. I swear I had to thrown the whole thing in the bin. It’s not even about the money, is just really bad customer service and the product was bad. Will not be back again, and will definitely not recommend to any of my friends around Belfast.

Got a bubble tea from here a while ago. The staff seem pretty nice, but the Tapioca was very undercooked and hard and the drink itself wasn’t that nice. Will not be back here and definitely do not recommend. Some of their other fruit drinks looked good, but after my experience with their “bubble tea” I won’t be coming back to try them.
