WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had my nails done few days ago and I was not happy with the way they looked. I had few acrylic lumps on my nails and I asked for a coffin shape, however, the tech did a square shape. I usually go there and the tech was really good I always loved my nails when done by her. My nails looked awful and so fake, they were so thick and the lady applied a thick acrylic layer and did not file it properly. I called and explained that to them and gladly they asked me to come so they can assess them in person. The lady who assessed them was really RUDE, the manager I assume, and had an attitude and was asking me to pay although I did not ask to get them done for free or asked for a refund. When I said I m happy to pay, I just wanted you to know that I am not happy with them, she asked her colleague to fix them who did a very great job and he looked EXPERIENCED unlike the other lady who was just a trainee I believe. However, we agreed on a certain price and on the till I was charged a different amount and when I asked to get my acrylic toes shortened, she asked me to do an infill set for £39 or they can’t shorten them. This does not make any sense as I was willing to pay for the french tip on my toes too. They kept me on the massaging chair for almost 45min then she said NO WE CANT DO THEM. Service: Acrylic nails

I came here couple of weeks ago just for short acrylic nails with gel and French tip . Before I entered I asked if I could pay bank transfer which they agreed on later on once the acrylic and gel was applied I was asked to send the money through bank transfer immediately to finish the rest of the treatment not even after the nails are done but midway which I felt uncomfortable once I sent it I waited nearly 30 minutes for the lady to come and do the French tip mind it was all bent and wasn’t nice looking as she was doing it so fast also the the gel was really really thick and wasn’t shaved down enough won’t be coming back nor recommending to anyone Service: Acrylic nails
