Nigel has sold 23 properties for us in Hertfordshire over the last two years. Big Black Hen is completely proactive and keeps us in the loop on the sales process. He is realistic on price so you don't end up in the doom loop loved by many agents who will overprice to get your business and then leave you to drop the price once they have you on the hook, not a good idea when presenting to the market. Unlike any other estate agent we have used, he keeps a close track of sales and the legal process ensuring he communicates with everyone. So different compared to our experience with a conversion of 12 flats and 6 houses on the South Coast, sadly outside of Big Black Hens area, where the catalogue of ineptitude led to numerous sales dropping out and just not enough attention paid to managing the complexities of conveyancing. Big Black Hen provides excellent professional service unlike any other estate agents we have dealt with. I can't express enough how much better it is to have Nigel managing a sale.
