Unreliable and pathetic after sales service. No courtesy vehicle provided after vehicle broke down within warranty. No reasonable timeframe provided for the vehicle being repaired. Almost a week without a vehicle and still in a limbo situation. Ironically had bought seat approved vehicle with warranty, road side assistance and service plan for peace of mind, but when needed it’s all just really useless. First and last time buying SEAT, specially from this dealership.

Went to what I thought was a test drive. To be given a hard sell before finding out a car wasn't even available to drive. Wasted 30mins which could have been spent at outer dealerships. Also told by the woman that I'm sorry but your not my client which was really rude and made me decide I have written off testing a seat at all. Think the manager needs to talk to their staff about being professional.

Again me a time booking service with Seat Slough I can swr to waste of money I'ma mini Micanic i service my vehicle with dealer because of the service history. We all know that. To pay £326 for a service & not even changing the air filter. Please be aware they doing Nothing to your car the people . working at back doing the service have No clue I marked my air filter just to make sure they going to change it I can swr is the same filter nothing changed After the service car usually really smooth because oil & oil filter is new, My car mage the same nose like the service is due can you believe it I changed I changed all the filters & oil no the car goes like new . The way they talking to and offering you coffee that’s just fake all fake even the smile on thei face is fake
