I booked an airport taxi transfer service for a decent price and I got a premium transfer experience that rivals only very expensive transport services. I arrived in town on a late afternoon flight one hour before my actual departure with the taxi, with heavy bags and without almost no sleep from the day before. Let me tell you, for a service provider to message you and tell you that he has been following your flight and adjusted his time to be there when you arrive, that's above and beyond, especially when I didn't have time to request it. Romeo greeted me in front of the Costa coffee shop inside the terminal and grabbed my heaviest trolley bag which he also lifted himself inside the trunk. The car was spotless, the seats very comfortable and the driving excellent. Not to mention all the helpful tips and advice Romeo provides you regarding the city and other information you might need if you are new to Birmingham or the UK for that matter. Another surprise was the complimentary water bottle he offered in the car which doesn't seem like much but because it was late when I arrived at my lodging and was too tired to go shopping, that was the only water I had for the evening. Did you think Romeo's service stopped after I paid my fare? No sir, after he removed the heavy trolley bag from the trunk, he went with me to find the correct address door and waited until I got the key from the host so I wouldn't be stranded in the middle of the road. I would definitely be booking this service again when I need an airport transfer.

Romeo provided an airport transfer for myself and family from Birmingham Airport to Drayton Manor resort. I found him to be very professional and reliable. I only booked with Romeo the day before my flight and he rang me that day to confirm the booking and to make arrangements to meet (outside the Costa Coffee in the arrivals hall). On the day itself he was on time. The car was comfortable. His price was also competitive. I also used Romeo's services for the return trip to Birmingham Airport.
