Very quick to find us a property and take the deposit, however very disappointing in the way they treated us at the end of our tenancy. We gave the agreed 2 months notice to vacate the property, paid all our rents on time, and then was informed by the deposit scheme that the letting agents had not agreed to release our deposit . We therefore agreed to arbitration with the deposit scheme but the agents refused, they only agreed to arbitration 7 months later when they had run out of time to take us to court. After a further 4 to 5 months the independent arbitration team decided in our favour stating that we had done nothing wrong and our deposit should be returned straight away, stating the agents had no grounds to refuse our deposit. The agents carried out no check in or check out but claimed that we had left the property untidy, this is totally untrue as we left it cleaner than when we moved in .To all future tenants be very wary of Bishop and Co as it seems they want to keep hold of your deposit right or wrong .

The worst letting agency in the area!!! I booked a flat in Eastleigh (Drum road) from Nick. At first he was friendly and helping. But after a while he started to take advantage of the fact that I needed a flat ASAP. He promised carpets will change, never happened. He tried to charge me for broken shower hook (which was broken when I moved in). He was doing all he can to keep my deposit. When I was leaving the property he wanted to keep some of my furnitures and curtains, claiming "I should leave them in the flat". Which I paid for and never was in the contract. I disagreed. But he kept £80 from my deposit money. Then I found out that he never registered my deposit with Deposit Protection. AVOID this agency. Specially Nick. Horrible services.
