    I know someone who did work experience here. Though it’s widely rated as a 5 star place, they do not keep the standards up behind closed doors. Screaming at the dogs to shut up, pulling their leads so tight it choked the dog, and even one staff member telling this person that if they’re being really annoying or “acting out of order” (I quote) that they will get a slap. The actual OWNERS of the establishment do seem to really care about animals, but the staff members, however, do not. They are very two faced and talk badly about the animals, the owners, animal owners, and other staff members and almost abusive towards the animals there. This does not go for every staff member but quite a few of them.

    My little man Alfie had his first night away from us. From the first moment i walked in with him he was happy the staff made a big fuss of him and as he was taken to the kennels he didn’t even look back at me once. When I picked him up he was happy healthy and smelt amazing. He can’t wait for his holiday in August and now my mind is at rest knowing he’ll be taken excellent care of whilst we enjoy our holiday. Thank you to all the staff at bj’s for taking such good care of Alfie.

    We regularly use their day care and couldn't recommend BJ Pet Resort enough. Our Bernese has the best time, when we mention it he runs to the door ready to go, as he knows he's going to have a full day socialising. In the summer he just snoozes in their air conditioned room. Agility is offered as an extra, and they have a pool coming soon. Facilities and the staff are amazing and it's great know our dog is well looked after. I completely trust them with his welfare.
