Such a shame no customer service. Two tables of 2 available went in with a hungry child as party of three. Ordering our food went to sit down while my husband paid, moving a chair to make a table of 3. The gentleman serving said only two chairs per table. Have no reason just you can’t do that. When I questioned him he said health and safety so we had to cancel our order and leave. This could have been handled so much better with common sense and good customer care. Explain the rules and reasoning before the order. Be polite and understand, offer alternatives. This clearly shows lack of staff training on customer care, lack of logical thinking and problem solving ability. As for the other staff just chipping in it’s for health and safety perhaps using your brains and constructively coming up with a solution would have been a better contribution.
