    Broken machines, coin machine was non-existing, had to go next door and harass the very friendly clerk for coins. Broken detergent machine, probably would have ruined our clothes anyways so we bought some next door as well. Very expensive; 5 pounds for smallest laundry size, and the largest was broken. Only 2 dryers allowed you to do less than a pound. I’m just glad I don’t have to come back!!!!!!!

    very disappointed! most the machines are broken and not working! the ones that are working (kind of) don’t flush detergent or conditioner! I tried to talk to people who works there and those two men were very rude, one of them started shouting at me, arguing that machines are always working and when I said to fix them, he said that I am saying rubbish and he is not going fix them! very rude, abs careless! will not go there anymore!

    Visited this small shop to wash clothes mid-way through my vacation, as is my habit. Door was unlocked, but no attendant was there. Easy enough to figure out by myself. There are some helpful signs (soap is 50 pence, dryers 1 pound for 10 minutes, this machine out of order, etc.). In fact, there are a lot of out of order signs. At least half the machines, I estimate. The washer and dryer I used both worked fine, so I’m leaving 3 stars. Hard bench to sit on, with dryer doors poking you in the back. No folding tables, no vending for drinks, no music until the very nice lady attendant arrived around 9:30 and turned on the radio, so bring something to do while you wait. 30 minutes for the big washing machine and 20 minutes for the dryer. Starbucks about 3 blocks away.
