Ming is the sort of boilerman you need. A real no-nonsense guy who is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced. I'm sure a lot of other "experts" would have tried to sell me a new boiler or some expensive parts by now. Not Ming! I have no hesitation recommending him for all your boiler needs.

Ming was absolutely excellent. I woke up on a cold Sunday morning with no hot water or central heating and, despite having emergency breakdown cover with British Gas, they couldn't fit me in for another five days. I called Ming and he picked up within a few rings and was out a few hours later. He fixed the problem and provided advice on what to do should something similar happen in the future. Bearing in mind this was a Sunday in the middle of December, he was also very reasonably priced and quoted all prices upfront. Highly recommended - go for a local trader over one of the big names!

Called this morning (boiler not working) phone answered. Confirmed he could come between 4 - 6pm. Turned up within these times and I now have a working boiler. He also pointed out what the issue is that caused the boiler not to work. Totally recommend.

We can’t recommend this company enough. After google searching local companies to do a boiler service, we were called by a company who quoted us £144!! Ming charged us a fraction of this cost, and came within a week and a half. It was also extremely helpful that he took calls in the evenings when we were searching for a company, it meant we could immediately talk to him and get the appointment booked in. Ming himself is a lovely guy. Five stars!

Ming came out to check my boiler last week (09/12/21) which was completely dead. Within 20 mins of arrival he diagnosed the problem and informed me what the issue was. Due to the problem I had (leaking flow elbow and damage to the fan and possible PCB issue) and the availability of parts he said the best option would to call Worcester Bosch and ask for a fixed price out of warranty repair. The reason being that they would have the parts available on their van when they came out. This is the reason for the 5 star review, he could have said "you need a new boiler at approx. £2k - £2.5K" and I would be none the wiser but he was more inclined to repair the boiler and pass the work to someone else. In this disposable age not only is he looking at cost to the environment but a truly honest engineer who I'd highly recommend without a doubt. Update 11/10/22 - I will not stop singing Mr Mings praises, I asked him to service my boiler and as per usual his high standards were maintained. He acknowledged the date of the service by text and the day of the service sent a reminder. He was arrived on time and was clean tidy and efficient. He is without doubt worth 10 stars!!!!
