Awful, unhelpful customer service. Was sold the wrong branding iron and then charged extra for an adapter to make it work when i queried it. The branding iron broke very quickly and Phillip refused to help/fix/replace it, instead blaming me for having the wrong branding iron. To add insult Phillip never returned my branding iron so i couldn't have it fixed elsewhere either.

I acquired a beautiful antique embosser, which needed a new address. So I searched google and found Bolsons. I contacted them via e-mail to ask how it could be done and they couldn't have been more helpful. I sent the item to them through the post, paid electronically, and hey-presto - an antique embosser with my home address!!!!! I couldn't be happier. Phil at Boltons will sort it all out for you. Highly recommended.
