Charlotte and her team are just wonderful. Two of my children had their birthday parties at Boo’s recently. The level of detail, thought and effort that was put in to them was clear to see. As a parent it was a totally stress free experience, and seeing the enjoyment on the children’s faces was priceless. Highly recommended.

I took my children for afternoon tea with Santa at the weekend, it was amazing! My daughter was a little shell shocked as it was the real santa not just a guy with a stuck on beard ( her words) . The food provided was delicious and the attention to detail was spot on. I don't know who was more excited, me or the kids. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The shop itself is stocked with such a wide variety of toys with everything you could want. Traditional style toys away from computer games and plastic tat. Such a delight to go and will be recommending to others, we will be back. Thank you for such a magical experience.

Attended Boo's Halloween Afternoon tea party today & it was excellent. Lovely welcoming & friendly owner, lots to keep the kids entertained, colouring, stickers, party games and party bags & craft boxes to take home. An excellent range of toys, I will definitely be back, highly recommend.

I visited Boo's Toy Shop with my wife and 2 children for a Halloween afternoon Tea. The store is beautifully presented and we'll stocked. The staff were warm and knowledgeable, spending time playing with the children as well as making sure the parents were comfortable. The toys all looked really good quality and it's clear the owners curate the range they offer to ensure it's all to their standards. Keep up the great work!

Probably our favourite toy shop. We absolutely love wooden toys, there's something so lovely about them, and Boo's is a go to for all things wooden/sensory/not just your plastic tat toys. Lots of items stocked and also love that they run various events throughout the year for all different ages (including adults!). Very clean and staff always really friendly and helpful.

Ordered an item on 30th December for £65 with a 2-4 day delivery, it’s now two weeks later and despite them taking the money from my bank, I’m still awaiting item to be dispatched and have not heard from the company since ordering. I’ve contacted Boo’s Toy Shop a number of times via their websites instant chat and via email and had no response as of yet as to when I’ll receive the item ordered. Such a shame as they have lots of lovely things on the website, but unfortunately I would not order from them again after this experience as I'm now worried I have lost my £65.

Sadly, although Poundbury itself, we loved, this toy shop made us feel very deflated. Took our grandchildren in, as a big treat we agreed on a purchase of an item marked clearly £40. When we went to pay, we were informed "the Saturday staff" had incorrectly marked the goods. This item was in fact £75!!! No goodwill gesture offered. Grandchildren upset. Will not visit again, double check prices marked before you make a decision.
