I booked a bouncy castle from this seller to be delivered for surprise birthday party. The seller told me when I booked about a week earlier, that it would be delivered between 8am-12pm. On the day we waited for it to be delivered, and it got to about 3pm and it still had not been delivered. All this time we were trying to contact the owner on multiple platforms but the messages on Facebook messenger were not being delivered and upon ringing the phone number on the website it appeared to be unavailable. I was scammed out of my money and recieved no communication from the seller on the day. It was not until we managed to get through to one of the owners on their private Facebook account which took a lot of searching, that we finally recieved a reply. This owner didn't even know that we had booked even though I had all the receipts of the money sent and booking made. The person finally organised someone to come over to our house and set up the bouncy castle after much debate and we finally got it after over 6 hours of trying to contact the business. We recieved absolutely appalling customer service and complete lack of communication as we quite literally were scammed out of our money and if we had not managed to get hold of the owners through their private Facebook profile we would not have recieved the bouncy castle at all. When asked about getting a partial refund when the bouncy castle finally showed up the owner said that they would issue one through PayPal but never did so I had to start my own case on paypal to attempt to get some money back for the hassle. Do NOT book with this business!!

The castle was supposed to be delivered at 10am but was delayed until 11am due to the wind which wasnt a problem. I advised the lady on the phone that the party started at 12pm she said it would definitely be delivered before then. The castle didnt turn up until 1pm the lady on the phone said I could have it overnight for free due to it being late and to tell the delivery people this, when the castle turned up I told them this and and the delivery lady said "Well that's better for us" 😳 bit rude 0 customer service skills, the kids loved the castle but the adults where shocked at the rudeness wouldn't recommend.
