Bought online previously and visited the store yesterday while on holiday. Lovely quality items a bit expensive but I am very happy with my wool throw and can't wait to use it snuggling on my sofa when I get back home to Suffolk. Will definitely use the store online again and hopefully in store when visiting the area.

Logged on to the website to check for opening times as at 15 July. Website says shop open on Wednesdays. Travelled a 45 mile round trip to helmsley to purchase some gifts for a present. Arrived at shop just after lunch to find the shop wasn't open. Checked the notice on the front door which confirmed shop to be open on a Wednesday. Very disappointed. Update website would work. Although I should have phoned beforehand. Big lesson learnt.
