Zero stars from me. Some of the things I ordered from Alifecloth do not fit. I requested a return address 3 times and they will not provide one. They asked why I want to return the items but did not provide a way to do so. I too will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

According to their website, Anice Linen is owned and operated by 'Brain Burgeon Ltd'. I have received terrible customer service. I received a dress following an online order, and decided I'd like to return it and receive a refund. The website states they operate a "30 day No-Hassle refund policy" but when I contacted them for a return shipping address, I was met with resistance over email. I have not had a reply to my last email in over 10 days. I will also be complaining to Trading Standards and have left a poor review on Instagram where the dress was advertised to me. If I could give zero stars I would for incredibly poor customer service.
