Just had a procedure carried out by Kim. I have RA and my ingrown toenails were becoming difficult and more uncomfortable to treat each session. Kim recommended removal of my big toenails. I was very nervous about it. Kim calmly talked me through everything that would happen and was a true professional on the day. I felt safe and relaxed throughout the whole procedure. The aftercare has been amazing. Looking forward to a pain free summer thanks to the advice and services provided. Thank you Kim, you’ve made a difference to my quality of life. I visited Braintree Foot Clinic today for a consultation with Michael O'Neill. I have had extremely debilitating lower leg and foot pain and having read about Michael's experience I was hoping that he could help me. My GP has been unable to diagnose what is causing the pain. Michael asked me lots of questions and examined my leg and foot and within just a few minutes he had identified a number of causes of my pain. Unfortunately, it's not a quick fix but it is such a relief to know that I can start working towards a recovery. I would have no hesitation recommending Michael to anyone with complex foot problems. Thank you so much Michael I feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel for me now
