The service is not great at all, from the management to the waitresses. We were ignored for long, food was cold, we were give the wrong order, too much oil in chips. Poor communication, no engagement with customers. I miss the old Breadsall priory staff and meals. The experience was not expected standards very poor indeed. 1/10. Food & drinks: Not good at all

The location and the rooms were great. Plenty of parking available, WiFi, tea and coffee on the room as you would expect. Swimming pool was great with sauna and steam room. Evening meal was very expensive and the bar was also pricey. Breakfast on Sunday had people waiting for eggs and bread ( unusual ) and I pointed out the coffee machine (the only one) wasn't working on 3 separate occasions before it was sorted. The staff were busy but I feel they should notice things like essential items missing from breakfast, like coffee!!
