My friend was discharged from hospital into care. He was only at brewster house tm3weeks but settled in quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful and his room was lovely. He has now moved somewhere more local so can see his son regularly but I can thoroughly recommend brewster house. thanks so much for your care.

My mum was extremely lucky enough to be discharged from hospital into Brewster House Care home. I couldn't fault the care that my mum received here. Very attentive, caring and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately my mum has now passed away, but I couldn't have wished for a more peaceful passing in this loving care home. I thank each and every person who works here xx

I had my late mother in there i was not happy with mums care I did try to sort it so others did not suffer .I was not happy with mum being there as she came from broomfield ruby ward.the problems started . And things just went from bad to worse .I would not praise the home at all as its sister home in broomfield is not a nice place .I work as a hca in broomfield hospital and I have 30 yes experience mainly elderly care

My friend is currently here.. spends majority of her time in bed.. told she can go toilet on her own when I know she isnt capable.. that's if she can even remember where she is. She has dementia.. has not been out to get fresh air once while been there.. apart from when I've taken her out.. all other resident spend whole day sat In the same chair with rubbish tv on.. no activities.. no outings.. no caring side what so ever. No courtesy for her dementia obviously staff have no training in this or are just arrogant. She has No adequate clothes or money for herself as her alcoholic son has power of attorney and is to just swaning around drinking her money and living in Her home. Latest words from him are she's dead to him . But not one person in this care home or socials services are going nothing about it.. she just lays in the bed dressed like a tramp stinking and everyone thinks that's okay well it's not! Do your job!
