Just had a canopy supplied and delivered/erected over our patio. Product top quality and coloured to match the windows and doors on the bungalow Got a phone call to have it put up arranged to have it put up on a day we were going out so left the fitters with a cup of tea Came home later in the afternoon to a finished top quality job Would highly recommend this company for your widow/door/canopy needs as long as you don't have a problem in the future ours leaks they don't answer the phone or call back also three emails to them still no response .

Never get phone calls back, never received emails, turns out had my email wrong, still didn’t get any after, very rare that anyone answers a phone, was booked in but could give me an exact date, had to ring them closer the time to be told that they do t know when they can do it, if you want a job doing by a deadline do not use this company, wish I had read the reviews before wasting months of my time on a company that clearly isn’t any good

Terrible company. Seven windows fitted with glass inside out. Four bi-fold doors fitted with glass inside out - now have water ingress. Silicon sealant missed gap by two inches (run along brick face), seals not correctly contacting upvc, water ingress through window screws, glass had to be changed to give correct fitting of beading, screws over tightened in frames, back door sill moves, front door seal too short, magnets not fitted to bi-fold doors, windows not level,they fitted broken glass into windows (arrived broken and Brigg still went ahead and fitted them). They tell you they use FENSA approved fitters but in fact they only have one person registered with FENSA - and he doesn't fit all of the windows. Work area left with long screws and mess everywhere. We agreed deposit and final payment but half way through the project they asked for £6000 stage payment claiming they had just a few hundred pounds in the bank and couldn't pay fitters or suppliers ! Told us company was 34 years old but then we found out (too late) that they only registered in 2012 after previous company failed - this is why they are actually "Yewgrove " .. "trading as ...". We asked for their Alternative Dispute Resolution arrangements months ago, still no answer. According to them all the faults are caused by someone else !! Now, they wont answer calls or emails and FENSA have had to come and survey the work. FENSA result - "FAIL". Steer well clear of Brigg Windows, or Yewgrove or whoever they claim to be today !!!

Had a whole house fitted with windows and doors from Brigg Windows, trading as Yewgrove Properties and they have done a terrible job. Failed FENSA inspection and water coming in through windows. Lots of defects but the company would do nothing to sort the mess out. We even have the glass in four bifold doors and seven windows fitted inside out ! See our review on Trustpulot.
