Ordered 2 weeks ago and only got a generic email today stating my order has been cancelled and a refund will be processed. I have been relying on the items purchased for my daughter and now have to look elsewhere. Why allow an order to take place and then take my money if you didn’t have enough of the stock in ? Absolutely shocking customer service and not a way a company should be operating in my opinion. I agree with other negative reviews on this website.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. Placed an order at the start of October for Christmas presents that still hadn't arrived by the second week of December, so had no choice but to cancel and buy elsewhere. Phone number just goes to a full mailbox, chat doesn't work, and repeated emails just got automated replies bleating about courier/ warehouse issues. And yet still they send constant sales emails, that make no mention of these "issues". Terrible service.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Poundtoy, I won’t be using them again. I placed an order on 3rd December, which I presumed would arrive prior to Xmas. However I received a dispatch email on the 3rd January. These were meant as xmas present for my kids. To make matters worst it was also sent to a wrong address. An address I sent several emails shortly after placing the order to inform them it had defaulted to a different postcode. Poundtoys only response was to say I’d need to try and contact the courier directly myself to try and re-direct the parcel. Which I was unable to do so now some random person has a load of kids toys. I complained, however have had no response. Utterly awful experience.

Dreadful company, order was never shipped, no communication just automated reply every time. Finally managed to get my order cancelled after almost 2 months! now still waiting for a refund they said was made but hasn't been!! DO NOT use this company, you will get nothing! Shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Iv ordered in the past no problem but this Christmas just gone I did an order it took over 3 weeks to be delivered it had half the stuff missing and they would have happily took the money without refund or replacement if I hadn’t of harassed them about it stay well clear

Awful, awful, awful company. Not sure how they are in business. Ordered on 29/11 still not even dispatched on 20/12 despite multiple emails and no phone number to call. Cancelled order on 20/12 and despite multiple emails again promising refund only finally refunded on 10/01. Would like to give no stars but can’t. Whilst Christmas is busy and postal strikes have been all over the place, these items ordered where not even dispatched 3 weeks after the order ( and money) was taken. Please shop elsewhere as this company clearly don’t care about either customers or customer service.

Awful service. I have tried 2 orders with them, both allowing a month for delivery and both have failed, delivered a week after my daughter's Birthday and 2 weeks after Christmas. They are appalling and offer no customer service whatsoever.
