When our buyers mortgage was declined because we had spray foam insulation in our loft (put in by the previous owner), we were panicked, with no idea how to proceed. When it became clear that the insulation was closed-cell, and that this was the worst kind, our panic grew. Many people I spoke to wouldn’t even consider removing this type. Lee was reassuring, reliable, thorough and above all honest. His quote was reasonable and he worked very hard to ensure that we had a positive result. Shortly after he completed the job it was signed off with no issues by the mortgage company. The loft looks great too. Would highly recommend.
