Fantastic place to live! The staff have worked very hard to make the building a lovely place to not just live but also socialise: - everything is clean and tidy - maintenance is swiftly carried out when needed - the flats themselves are spacious and bright with plenty of light - there is a very secure car park for vehicles/bicycles - the rent includes wifi which is super-fast - the location is perfect for getting around the city - and the rental prices are reasonable with the going rate (there is no greediness or over-charging which is happening all over the country, not just Manchester, in today's rental market). Out of the staff, the admin people (Jess/Jenna/Zvi) are all brilliant, Laurence is very friendly and chatty when sorting out maintenance issues, the concierges are all very approachable and then there's the stand-out performer, Monika, who sets the example for everyone else to follow - she is very much the 'face' of Broadside, she will bend over backwards to help resolve any queries you approach her with (if she can't resolve it, she will always point you in the direction of someone who can!) and she ensures Broadside stays a fantastic place to be with all of the hard work she puts in. Overall, a brilliant place to live!

I've been living at Broadside for almost two years now, and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The concierge staff, Monika and Blessing, are always willing to help and do so with a smile on their face! The property is well-maintained with a modern and stylish aesthetic that I appreciate. Maintenance issues can be reported with via the Broadside app, although there is sometimes a delay with the work being carried out. That said, when we had an issue with our washing machine, we were given the keys to an empty apartment so that we could still do our washing whilst waiting for this to be fixed. This was really helpful! One thing that really stands out about Broadside is the amenities. There are two roof terraces, one with a communal lounge and the other with a fitness room. The roof is great during spring and summer and all communal spaces are well kept. I also appreciate the security measures in place, including gated access to the courtyard between 8pm and 6am and 24-hour concierge service. The parcel room is handy and means that deliveries are kept secure whilst you are out. In terms of my apartment specifically, I've been very happy with the quality of the space. The layout is well-designed, particularly for 2 friends who are sharing. Overall, I would highly recommend Broadside to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun living experience. The staff, amenities, and quality of the apartments are excellent, and I feel lucky to have found such a great place to call home for the past two years.

Had the best experience so far with Broadside. The communication has been perfect, and our move in and set up was all mega straightforward so we could enjoy our home immediately. Special thanks to Zvi who showed us round the property initially, and organised everything for us. I’d recommend living here to anyone.

We had a fantastic time at Broadside as the mobile coffee shop and bar for their fab Christmas Event for residents. Communication with Zvi was perfect throughout, all the staff and residents were fantastic and it made us want to move to the City Centre! Looking forward to further collaborations!

My experience of Broadside has been nothing short of spectacular. Everyone I have spoken to have been so very nice and helpful, they’re more than happy to help in anyway they can. Zvi showed us around the lovely apartment and kept in regular contact with us throughout the referencing process and all the way up until move-in. The Manchester housing market is a really challenging one and so a great apartment and an even better group of staff made it the perfect choice for us! Can’t recommend enough!
