One of the worst (dis)services for young people. I called Brooks twice, completely desperate to take a test. They took at least 30 min of my time both times to take my details, because, obviously, they hadn't saved them the first time. I mentioned a common STI to them and they had no clue what I was talking about. First time they redirected me towards an expensive clinic and second time they hung up on me and called me back with a private number, so I couldn't even pick up because my phone automatically blocks them. So basically: Waste of time + completely clueless

Such a friendly and professional environment! The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was very polite. I came today to get my contraceptive implant replaced and was DREADING it but was immediately put at ease (forgive me I can’t remember how to spell my nurse’s name). She was so informative and calm natured which made me feel really comfortable. The process of replacing my old implant was so efficient and she was super patient with me when the anaesthetic took a while longer to work on a particular part of my arm. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this branch more! I’m really happy with my experience as I didn’t feel rushed into anything and it was all really well explained with all of my questions answered with ease! I would 100% come back if I ever needed to as my nurse was just fantastic.

Great sexual health clinic that are non-judgemental and fully informative. I've been going here since the beginning of 2022 for contraception and it has been the best experience out of all the clinics I've attended. They have kind doctors (and receptionists), almost no wait time to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment, and quite private facilities (meaning the only people you would most likely see is your doctor, the receptionist, and 1-2 other people that had finished appointment/waiting). The opening times are also convenient for people who are busy as they close later than a lot of clinics and are open on Saturday.
