A little treasure in Wallingford. Pin replaced in the watch my late father gave me many years ago. I finally managed to find a replacement link but not the pin. Brooker and Breeze took the watch in, found a pin and replaced it. This watch means an incredible amount to me and I was overwhelmed. I went to pick it up today, 2 days before Christmas, and ........... no charge!! I cried all the way to the car with the voice saying "Merry Christmas" in my head. Beautiful hand made jewellery on display but it is the customer care and consideration that I will never forget. Well worth a visit for repairs and advice. Thank you!!!
