  After a fire this year that destroyed a large part of my garden Browning and James definately stood out with their quote in terms of the passion for bringing the garden back to life. This was a very important space to me and this was recognised in the care, the design and landscaping work carried out. The team as a whole were always punctual, hard working and extremely organised in the development of what is now a truly beautiful space.   Fantastic team to deal with. Design was spot on following our brief. The team delivered ahead of schedule and the results are stunning. High quality workmanship throughout. They seem to have terrific relations with suppliers for materials. They were never waiting for deliveries so behind the scenes they are clearly well connected. I would highly recommend. The things that stood out for us was the politeness of the team, the way they cleared up every evening to leave things as presentable as possible. A terrific customer experience.   We have just had Browning & James landscape our new build garden. What a great experience we have had. We told them what we wanted & their knowledge helped us expand that idea into a perfect design, better than we imagined. They were with us for 3 weeks & every day they showed up on time. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to be around, they hardly ever bothered us, they were always polite & always answered our questions. The job was done to high perfection, time was spent making sure everything was perfectly laid & if not they would remove & start again. Every day they left making sure everything was clean & safe for living. Although they weren't the cheapest company, you really are paying for the high quality & top design & it is worth every penny. We truely have a garden of our dreams & would highly recommend them to anyone. Service: Garden landscaping

  We had Richard and Bradley come and look at our garden in the spring of 2022. The house is a new build and so it was something of a blank canvas. They came back a few weeks later and presented their plans to us. The garden was on a slope and we wanted to create two levels - the guys factored this into the design and we commissioned them to carry out the work. At the time, we were told that work would not begin until the autumn due to their busy schedule. However, luckily for us, a slot became available and they were able to start at the end of June. We were then introduced to Danny, who was going to carry out the majority of the work with the rest of the team. Over the next four weeks the guys worked tirelessly on the job, having to stop for a couple of days due to the heatwave in July! The garden slowly began to take shape, from the excavation, through to laying the patio and planting the shrubs and trees. The only feature we were unsure about was the gabion wall - as it was being constructed it looked very industrial and wasn’t really taking shape. It took a lot of convincing from Brad that it would come together in the end, which it did. The end product is an absolutely fantastic garden that everyone comments on when they see it, from family and friends to people passing by. Thank you all at Browning and James, we know we will have many happy years enjoying it!   Reached out to this company in hope of a garden design for a challenging garden. Unfortunately they were no shows for the initial visit on two occasions. After the first no show they contacted me suggesting they hadn’t received my mail - I don’t believe this was the case as rather than reply to the original mail thread they sent a new email EDITED to include a picture of the correspondence - happy to add further pics.
