Went for a wax and tint today came back with my left eyebrow significantly thinner than the other... they look a mess, the woman clearly noticing how thin she'd made the left one said that she would wax the edges of my eyes brows to make them thicker... it did not work now my eyebrows are out of shape and look awful. Awful! Awful! Awful! Avoid at all cost. I went in today for the convenience of shopping at the fort. I have never been in before. I asked for a wax and tint. She has literally butchered my eyebrows leaving them uneven and too far apart, she has taken a huge chunk of the front of my left brow. I paid whilst the tint was on before seeing the damage. I noticed they looked a bit far apart in the mirror and asked her if she changed the shape? She initially said Yes and then back tracked and said she hasn’t. They were completely unsympathetic just made excuses for the awful service. The women who did my eyebrows should have just owned up to her mistake but she didn’t and I was not refunded. I would give this brow bar zero stars if I could.

Absolute car-crash of a place. First time here and you couldn't pay me enough to come back. I told the lady exactly what I wanted but left with one eyebrow sizeable thinner than the other. Hardly surprising because said lady was more interested in gossiping with her colleague. Perhaps next time, chit-chat less with your colleague and maybe focus on what you're getting paid to do.
