Visited Billericay brows today 10/12/21 the last few visits have not been very good but today was the final straw.. both members of staff very rude! I had a top lip and chin threading.. .. Upon my arrival the shop was empty of customers, but I was rushed through…. Prior to doing my threading there was no hand wash or gel used.. the girl I had done the ‘job’ in seconds, she missed a large patch of hair.. plus brushed over my face with a dirty looking powder brush.. and never finished off with any cream.. neither girl could speak English and when I spoke to them, they just spoke to each other in their own language.. They then charged me £12 for the pleasure..I have used this place for two years but recently it has gone down hill, which is pretty obvious as always empty these days it used to get packed.. my advice would be avoid it if possible and go elsewhere! In my experience it was disgusting!! Don’t know how they get a license to open as very unhygienic!!!! My experience was horrible!! Absolutely shocked by a member of staff today, my wife a paying customer went into store, and we were caught short with our 4 year old boy who was desperate to use the toilet, we asked if he could use the toilet and was told point blank NO it's against our health and safety, whatever that means? We had to take him next door to the opticians, where they were very happy to let out 4 year old son use the toilet. Surely if you are operating a business you should provide facilties for paying customers and or there infant children if needed. Absolutely shocking customer service, I doubt I will even get a response to this review, mainly due to the shame that surely must be felt!

Went last Tuesday just to test out the place because the prices are so low I thought this is to good to be true went in there lovely staff brows look really good and keep saying sorry please and thank you ,,so polite amazing deals also do packages and offers I have been to cheap brow places before and they have tinted without a patch test and also threaded a bit of my brow off but here they do a patch test and the detail on the brows is amazing also love the fact u get a loyalty card amazing place 10/10 would recommend
