What programs do you offer for children of different ages?
We offer programs for children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Our programs are tailored to meet the developmental needs of each age group. We have separate rooms for different age groups, and our experienced staff ensure that each child receives the appropriate care and attention.What are your operating hours and do you offer extended care?
We are open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We do offer extended care upon request, subject to availability. Our extended care hours are from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.What is the staff to child ratio?
Our staff to child ratio is in line with the requirements set out by Ofsted. For children under 2 years of age, the ratio is 1 member of staff to 3 children. For children aged 2-3 years, the ratio is 1 member of staff to 4 children. For children aged 3-5 years, the ratio is 1 member of staff to 8 children.What are your policies on health and safety?
We take health and safety very seriously and have policies in place to ensure the wellbeing of all children in our care. This is the best nursery! I wouldn’t ever send my little boy anywhere else. The quality of care and teaching is like no other and the staff have great relationships with the families here. The communication is amazing and it always had a welcoming and friendly vibe. I can’t recommend this nursery enough, absolutely impeccable!!

My daughter absolutely adores this nursery. She talks about it every day, she always asks when she can go, even at night time before bed! She speaks to me about her nursery key workers to me and what they do and what she does throughout the day. And some stuff surprises me, some stuff there isn’t at other nurseries! It makes me glad that I picked this nursery here. I’ll be upset for when she has to move to primary school! It is the best nursery I’ve got to say.

Had my little one in from 9months and he’s now 3. He’s been in each class room and has loved every single one. His progression has been amazing. It’s mental just how much he’s learnt and changed over the years. Not only are the staff amazing but the learning programs, the fun activities and the food are all exceptional! Can’t thank you guys enough for helping me raise my boy. Obviously going to be bias but he’s such a loving clever little boy. He absolutely loves coming in everyday and adores you all, especially his poppies team. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Absolutely amazing nursery, very supportive our little girl has come on leaps and bounds at this nursery. Have an amazing app and keep you up to date with what they are doing/ have been doing. Always doing extra activities like, science and french which is amazing. We have loved this nursery and really going to miss seeing all the staff who are just wonderful.

Our daughter joined Bumbles in 2019, from the beginning we have received an outstanding service. Firstly, we had a home visit from two members of staff; they sat on the floor in our house and played with our daughter, chatting to her and asked her what she liked doing. Matilda warmed to them immediately and didn’t want them to leave. Next we were invited to a settling in session where we were able to stay with her, I was overwhelmed when we arrived at the settling in session as the room had set up a Farmyard with animals as that is what our daughter had told them at the home visit that she liked animals. I was so emotional and grateful at the compassion and empathy shown by the girls that I was completely blown away and knew that this nursery was special. Our daughter was immediately content in the room. Three years on and the nursery continue to excel and showcase their innovative and inspiring ideas. The nursery management and staff are approachable, knowledgeable and extremely caring and compassionate. The nursery is a family run business and this is clear in everything they do. We receive regular communications via the App and also from the staff at drop off and pick up and every member of staff is equipped to answer any queries. Our daughter loves everything about Bumbles, the messy play, the activities, the outdoor area, the soft play, the staff and also the food! We are consistently kept informed of our daughters development through the App and also Parent Consultations with the staff informing us that they do extra activities with her to ensure that she is stretched. Bumbles successfully achieves the balance between learning and playing and they have created an amazing, fun, homely, welcoming learning environment where the children feel comfortable to be themselves. Everyday we look forward to hearing about the day at Bumbles as she has always experienced something new and has a different story to tell. We are constantly recommending Bumbles to our family and friends, and they are genuinely surprised when they hear from us just how much Bumbles do to personalise your child’s experience and ensure that their needs are met.
