Ordered from here a few months ago. The tracking link they send is rubbish as it says about an hour then stays on ‘delivered in 1 minute’ for ages. 2 and a half hours later we finally get our food which was cold, and the order was wrong. We phoned up and they told us to email their manager Jade and she would give us a voucher. Emailed Jade.. few days later no response so I emailed again and she sent a lovely email offering us a free meal whenever we wanted and provided me with her mobile to text when we wanted the order. So about a month later I text her with our order for the free meal and I never got a reply! Absolutely shocking customer service. Such a shame as we’ve been having BWR since they had the bus and it was amazing. Such a shame.

Order was wrong and not only that received a parking fine for £100 when collecting my order. Our order was late hence receiving this fine and have contacted bwr numerous times only to be ignored. Expensive prices and tasteless food

Took 4 hours to be delivered and when it finally arrived the food was stone cold and in absolute pieces. Staff didn’t care when we rang, just kept saying “you’re order is next to be delivered”. Absolute shambles

Terrible. Ordered Netflix and Chill Deal and 1x plain cheeseburger. 1 of the burgers in the deal was wrong and the rest luke warm. Called to complain and lady said would re-send burger. Turned up still not correct and stone cold. Definitely will not be ordering again.

They don't deliver their food and then ignore phone calls. We have tried them a few times and assumed it was because they might be busy that particular night but every time it's been a failure and we've had to request a refund through the food delivery apps. Such poor customer service it's incredible they're still allowed on the apps. Can't recommend avoiding delivery with them enough.

To be honest I don’t even know where to start with this place. The beef patties are super thing, think Mac Donald’s thin, most of the toppings are forgotten, the quality of the food does not match the prices of these burgers. The fact also that daily they’re doing deals to me means they’re losing business to many more better burger places. You need to preorder but then it’s pot luck if it turns up on busy days, even though you’ve preordered to get a good deal. There’s so many locations that you never know which one is sending yours and they all have different outcomes. If you’re looking for a sub standard burger then try it, but if you want quality more than a typical burger you get from a kebab place, then don’t try this.
