I tried to get a quote on the phone regarding my business car insurance - Lady on the phone was very rude and wanted to end the conversation quickly. No advise was given nor help, understand and professionalism. Clearly she's not happy working there and wants to do bear minimum. I have now read other reviews of them to which the same thing is stated. I am surprised on how a poorly run business with unfit staff is still running.
