extremely unprofessional and rude. agreed to collect second day then turned up on same day to collect and forced themselves into the house, were rude to family and refused to honour agreement. i have not dealt with such disrespectful people and all of this on Eid day. they do not deserve even one star.. stay well clear of this company. cowboys!!

Really quick to book a bouncy castle on the website. Stephen helped in letting us know if the bouncy castle would fit in our hall as it was local so he had good knowledge if what would and wouldn't fit. The team that delivered and picked it up set up fast and packed away fast also lovely and friendly we had one child who didn't want to come off the mats but they done other bits until the child was ready. I will deffiantly use them again if we have another party also liked that Stephen contacted us to confirm details of our event
