Carrine, the coach is very knowledgable in all of the coaching areas, she’s understanding to your individual needs and abilities and recognises everybody’s individual goals. Even though the sessions are done in a group she really takes the time to listen, so she can find out what you want to gain. Above all the groups are friendly and fun! I’ve met some lovely ladies and would highly recommend the ‘Ladies that Tri’ to any ability! 😊
