Also be very wary of Approved Installer claims - we have had no end of problems and additional expense from incorrect and poor installations - and corrective re installations. Our ensuite is now finished and functional but it has taken 11 months…

    I could go into a lot of detail in my only 15min visit at the store with already done research to order and got the cash to pay for the item, but eventually walked away from the store and decide never visit again. In essence it is the blatant arrogance and lack of professionalism from the salesperson. I felt like I was speaking at a wall. Very unpleasant and not recommended.

    Like any bathroom projects, its never smooth sailing and this time we took our chance and bought most of our bathroom and ensuite kits from CP Hart. Tony is always helpful and responsive, even after the purchase. There were hiccups but issues were always resolved quickly. The delivery guys were always on time and very kindly waited when we were late in getting home on time. Will definitely recommend CP Hart to anyone who are looking for high quality bathrooms!

You don't want to book fitters months in advance to be given last minute notice of delivery changes (also booked months in advance) or to receive zero notice of items being out of stock and having to source last minute replacements. Being passed from one member of staff to the next.
